For non-czech users

These pages have about 75% non-Czech or Slovak visitors. So I would like to make translations of several articles which are not just taken over the english parts of official pages of RBK or rbkweb. Now you can vote in a questionnaire and read about Marek Sapara. I hope there will be more and more articles in English, it depends on my effort :).
